Decision Assist now live on 1300 668 908

Decsion Assist, the Advance Care Planning advisory phone service is now available for health professionals working with recipients of aged care services, either residential or community. The contact phone number for the service is 1300 668 908 and specialist advance care planning staff will be available to take calls from 8am until 8pm, 7 days per week. The palliative care arm of this phone service is in the development stage with 24/7 service expected to be operational by September 2014.
